Fitness Classes
Classes are a great way to get in shape in a small group. They can be an affordable alternative to one-on-one personal training, as well as a great way to for clients to stay on track. My classes typically range from 4 – 8 individuals at a time, and each class lasts an hour, which includes both an active warm-up and a cool-down stretch.
All of my classes are multi-level, meaning that I can easily adapt each movement to match your ability while also challenging you to reach for just a little bit more. For more detailed information on what classes will be the best fit for you, please feel free to give me a call or send me an e-mail.
